Meditation
A Way of Knowing CD
Music is the language the Creative Mind speaks to me. In that communion with Creative Mind, I have a sense of timelessness. I feel the closest to spirit it’s possible to be in physical form.

The music for this video is from a CD called A Way of Knowing. Listening to inner guidance and manifesting what I heard into vocal soundscapes was a profound experience of inner knowing. The music was a representation of my life at the time.
It contains two parts, The Awakening and Meditation.
Part 1: The Awakening:
Soul: The Call to Awakening
Faith: Creator of the Universe
Light: Illuminating the Path
Passion: The Fire Within (music used in video)
Joy: Dancer in the Heart
Part 2: Meditation
Travel through the seven chakras with music and spoken affirmations.
The Theme of Meditation:
Connecting to the power within us is our inborn state of grace, our natural way of being. It is in the universal language of dreams and intuition, of emotion, sound and movement that we can connect to ourselves and others through a field of divine consciousness. We can quiet the worldly voices and allow ourselves to hear the voice of our deep inner knowing.
The Affirmations:
I tune into the earth’s vibration and feel the connection to everything that is.
I achieve whole and healthy relationships with others.
I am blessed with an ever abundant flow of creative energy.
I honour myself and others by keeping my word and taking responsibility for my actions. I gently bring myself back from thoughts of future events and stay open to the energy that brings me my inspiration.
I see taking care of myself as an act of self love and self respect. Only then can I truly love others.
I lovingly hold my spirit completely in my body. I am open to the flow of the divine energy of wisdom and compassion.
When I hold nothing, I have everything
A Way of Knowing is $12 CDN plus S and H.

“I love your CD. I’ve been playing it more and more and more. I loved it instantly because your voice is just so amazing so strong, so rooted, so round and beautiful. The music on your CD is like food. I’m sitting here listening and saying, “Hey, this is my bread”.”
Denise Williams
A Way of Knowing is exquisite. The voice is beautiful, the music is magical, the message is a generous setting of the jewels mined from profound spiritual resources.
